I am a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) registered with the Engineering council and a Chartered Building Engineer (C.Build E MCABE) registered with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers. I also hold a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth

I have been practicing structural engineering for over 12 years and have worked on over 3000 projects up to associate director level in an award winning consultancy. My projects have ranged from domestic extensions to advising the MOD on nuclear assets. With a family history in bricklaying and builders merchants I pride myself on having a pragmatic and realistic approach to engineering, providing solutions that are affordable and workable for the 'boots on the ground'.

In my spare time I enjoy restoring and modifying motorcycles, and compete as an amateur motorcycle rally racer, so far in Albania, Montenegro and Wales.
